YOUR EXHIBITION STAND AT BCVA CONGRESS 2024
FREE ONLINE PROMOTION: All exhibiting companies will appear in an online directory with a link to your website for your entry. Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors get an extended entry to promote their stand presence. Members will be directed to this page and encouraged to plan their time in the exhibition. FREE LECTURE PASS: Every stand will have the option of taking up a free lecture pass for the use of their stand staff. (Additional passes can be purchased at a special rate if required). NO HIDDEN EXTRAS: Unlike many conferences we don’t have a long list of hidden extra costs (electric, venue Wi-Fi etc) – you pay a package price and get what you need. (Obviously this does not include furniture, but we will give a contact for the preferred provider with excellent rates if you choose to rent).
