Increase self-awareness – who are you?
Carolyne Crowe
Everyone has a different perspective, a preferred way of communicating and working and yet we all need to be able to understand each other and work effectively as part of a team. In this interactive workshop we will explore your own behavioural preferences, you will gain a deeper understanding into the why you do what you do and how you can get the best out of your environment and interactions you have. You will gain a practical tool to help you understand and appreciate the differences with others and to use as a common language to make working with others easier and more effective.
