In the second of three online sessions covering udder health at herd level, delegates will review risk factors for the development of severe mastitis infections in dairy herds and common interventions to reduce risk of opportunistic infection and improve immune response. Treatment of a new case to maximise chance of recovery and future cases to reduce risk of increasing severity will be included. Time for Q&A will be given throughout the session and again at the end.
