We have secured an event discount for our delegates at a the Voco and the International Hotel. To book rooms for these:
- Call 01952 527000 option 1 – Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.30pm
- Quote “BCVA allocation” and confirm which hotel you would like to book for (Voco or International Hotel)
- You will need to give card details to guarantee the bookings
- The cancellation terms on these rooms is 14 days prior to arrival
